Thank you for shopping with Looh by Lubaba. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack and deliver your orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after [6:00 PM IST] are processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festive periods and new drops, dispatch may take [1–2] additional business days.
  • You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders above ₹[X] — Free shipping across India.
  • Prepaid orders below ₹[X] — Flat shipping fee of ₹[XX].
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Additional handling fee of ₹[XX] per order. (Remove if you do not offer COD.)

All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹[X] at selected pincodes.
  • COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery pincode.
  • Only exact cash / UPI-on-delivery (where supported by the courier) is accepted.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for that customer or contact number.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship through reputed courier partners including [Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, India Post]. The courier is assigned based on serviceability of your delivery pincode.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order from the Track Order page or your account on looh.in.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address, pincode and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Address changes can only be requested before dispatch by writing to us at [support email].

8. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments (RTO)

  • Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please stay reachable on the phone number provided.
  • If the package is undelivered due to unavailability, refusal to accept, or an incorrect address, it will be returned to us.
  • For prepaid orders, we will refund the order value excluding shipping charges, or re-ship at your request after you pay the applicable shipping fee.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
  • We strongly recommend recording a clear, uncut opening video of the parcel. This is mandatory for any claim relating to a missing, damaged or incorrect item.
  • Claims must be raised within [24–48] hours of delivery at [support email / WhatsApp number].

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, hartals, transport restrictions, regional lockdowns, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed in such cases, but we cannot be held liable for such delays.

11. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. (Or: International shipping is available to select countries — duties, customs charges and import taxes are payable by the customer.)
